Espresso Dining Table

What is espresso? Espresso actually means strong coffee that is made by applying hot air (steam) with pressure onto ground coffee beans. Some manufacturers also use the term espresso to describe the extremely dark brown (almost black) for their furniture color or finish. When you buy one, the espresso dining table will most likely be in the previously mentioned color.

Difference between espresso table and espresso dining table

There actually is a difference between these 2. How to determine which is which? It's pretty simple.

The former is more narrow and is used for coffee drinking purposes. More narrow in this case means a smaller width. This is fairly obvious if you see one. The espresso table is also used for home decoration. For example, you can place it against a wall and place a flower pot or table lamp on it. It makes a good home decorating option since it is more narrow and doesn't take much space. Most of the time, this table is placed in the living room as a coffee table or other areas of the house.

The latter generally has a larger table top area. The espresso dining table is therefore suitable for both dining and chit-chat (drinking) purposes. This table is always used in the kitchen area.

You can save space. They are small and generally more narrow than other dining tables.

Cafe or bar owners would be glad to get them for their outlets because they are relatively cheap and small.

The best table style for frequent coffee drinkers. There are no other better tables that can beat the espresso finish. After all, if you are drinking espresso coffee, do it on the espresso dining table.

Doubles as a dining table. The espresso dining table can serve both leisure and dining purposes.

Tips

Remember that term espresso can mean 2 things. The first tells you that the particular table has the espresso finish. This means the color is very dark brown. It doesn't mean that the table is an actual espresso dining table. The table can be of any type. The second, if it is labelled as an espresso dining table, then rest assured that you can eat and dine using the table because the table top is big enough.

In order to avoid such confusion, always read the description of the table properly when you buy one.

Also, during the buying process, when you see labels that read 5 pcs, 7 pcs or similar, it basically means the number of tables and chairs combined together. For example, a description labelled 5 pcs espresso dining / dinette set means there are 4 chairs and 1 table. For 7 pcs, it will be 6 chairs and 1 table. The abbreviation "pcs" means pieces.

It is best that you match the espresso dining chair with a cream colored seat option. Not only does this look good for your interior design, but it matches very well with your espresso dining table, making it a great espresso dining set.
